Shipping & Delivery

Stellar Kayak offers  a convenient, simple and well priced shipping system
Here is an outline of how our delivery system works at Stellar:
Upon the completion of your online order with Stellar you will recieve a confirmation email. The dispatch and delivery process will begin at this point.
You will also receive a Tax Invoice upon completion of your online order emailed to your nominated address.
We will express post the majority of items the following day with Australia and supply you with tracking information. Occasionally orders may take two business days to dispatch. If there are going to be further delays we will contact you.
 
What if I miss my delivery?
Australia Post will leave the items safely in your letter box or at your door. For more expensive items we may use registered post or courier. If that is the case, we will contact you.

Lost or damaged items
If an item is not received please contact us and we will follow up with Australia Post. We will re-send any good Australia Post declares lost. If the goods are damaged, please ring us. It would also be of great assistance if you could send a photo of the damaged product to admin@stellarkayaks.com.au. We will replace all damaged goods free of charge.
